Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused in original good condition including the original tags and labels attached.
If an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we have to send it back to you and it will not be refunded.
Please follow the steps below to return an item(s):
- 1. In the appropriate fields of the Delivery/Returns list, fill out the the number of returned items and the return reason(s) for the item(s) you wish to return.
- 2. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must be unused in original good condition including the original attached tags and labels.
- 3. Include the completed Delivery/Returns list in the package and seal the packaging.
- 4. Attach the return label that was sent with the order.
- 5. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
- 6. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
- 7. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will receive an email confirmation. For your refund we use the same payment method that you made your purchase with.

The shipping costs for delivery of the order will only be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. No shipping costs will be reimbursed for partially returned orders.
The cost of returning the order will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
