ORDER

  • 1. Select an item and add it to the shopping cart. You can continue shopping or complete your order by clicking on “Shopping Bag” at the top right corner.
  • 2. In the Shopping Cart you may also edit your order. If you have a coupon code, you can also redeem it here. The discount is automatically deducted from the total.
  • 3. If you are happy with your order, click on "Checkout".
  • 4. To complete the order you can choose the checkout options "Register Account" or "Guest Checkout".
  • 5. Select the payment method: IDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Bankcontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, PayPal or Credit Card.
  • 6. Confirm the order.
  • 7. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • 8. If you have created an account, you can easily follow the status of your order under "My Account".
You do not need to register for shopping at Trend Parlor. There are advantages when you register. You will not be asked to re-enter your data in your future purchases. Plus you can track your order and check your order history under "My Account". You can also add your favourite items to your wish list.
Go to the login screen and click on the link "Forgotten Password". Enter your email address and click on “Continue”. You will receive an email with your new password. Once you are logged in you can change your password again as required.
No, the product is only reserved for you once you have completed your order. An item might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you have reached the checkout.

Once an order has been placed it can not be changed or cancelled. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund as stated in our terms and conditions.
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. Items that are not restocked will be removed from the website.

We offer the following payment methods: IDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Bankcontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, PayPal and Credit Card.
At Trend Parlor all transactions are conducted through secure payment systems. Confidential information of the payment is transmitted directly via SSL encryption to the payment processor.
Once the return has been received with the item(s) in good condition, including the original attached tags and labels, you will receive a confirmation email. For your refund we use the same payment method that you made your purchase with. Depending on your bank, the refund will be credited to your account within a few days.

Please refer to the item: "What are the costs for delivery?". During the holidays the delivery may be longer than normal. Small parcels for delivery in the Netherlands ("Brievenbuspakket") may occasionally also take longer to deliver than one business day.
Once the order is shipped you will receive an email. You can track the package online with the barcode link in this email to PostNL Track & Trace.
This will depend on your local delivery agent. Usually an item is resubmitted for delivery the next day. In case you miss this delivery as well you may find a note from the delivery agent informing you that the item can be picked up from a collection point.
Yes, as long as the two addresses are in the same country.
It is not possible to deliver orders to a postal box.
No, it is one delivery address per order only.
If you have received a wrong item, you can return the item. Please see our Return Policy: How do I return an item(s)?
At Trend Parlor your items are handled with utmost care. However, should you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service: service@trendparlor.com.
When the package is damaged on delivery, you can directly report it to the delivery person and you may refuse to accept the delivery.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange an item you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund and then place a new order. Please refer to our returns policy.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in original good condition including the original attached tags and labels. If an item(s) is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we have to send it back to you and it will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items. You can return your package using any postal service. The package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Please ask for a proof of postage/delivery.

Please follow the steps below to return an item(s):

  • 1. In the appropriate fields of the Delivery/Returns list, fill out the number of returned items and the return reason(s) for the item(s) you wish to return.
  • 2. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must be unused in original good condition including the original attached tags and labels.
  • 3. Include the completed Delivery/Returns list and seal the packaging.
  • 4. Attach the return label that was sent with the order.
  • 5. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
  • 6. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
  • 7. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will receive an email confirmation. For your refund we use the same payment method that you made your purchase with.

The original shipping charges are only reimbursed if you return the entire order. This does not apply if you only return a part of the order.
The cost of returning the order will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

No, it is not possible to sign up for the newsletter if you do not have an account.
