- 1. Select an item and add it to the shopping cart. You can continue shopping or complete your order by clicking on “Shopping Bag” at the top right corner.
- 2. In the Shopping Cart you may also edit your order. If you have a coupon code, you can also redeem it here. The discount is automatically deducted from the total.
- 3. If you are happy with your order, click on "Checkout".
- 4. To complete the order you can choose the checkout options "Register Account" or "Guest Checkout".
- 5. Select the payment method: IDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Bankcontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, PayPal or Credit Card.
- 6. Confirm the order.
- 7. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- 8. If you have created an account, you can easily follow the status of your order under "My Account".

RETURNS and EXCHANGE
Please follow the steps below to return an item(s):
- 1. In the appropriate fields of the Delivery/Returns list, fill out the number of returned items and the return reason(s) for the item(s) you wish to return.
- 2. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Item(s) must be unused in original good condition including the original attached tags and labels.
- 3. Include the completed Delivery/Returns list and seal the packaging.
- 4. Attach the return label that was sent with the order.
- 5. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
- 6. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
- 7. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will receive an email confirmation. For your refund we use the same payment method that you made your purchase with.
